Fabiana Sá is an associate at H•Naves and practices in the corporate, banking, and contracts area. Her practice also includes drafting and reviewing memoranda and opinions and advising companies and financial institutions.
Previously, Fabiana has worked in the civil litigation area and as an in-house counsel in legal departments of companies.
