Milena De Falco is an associate at H•Naves and works in the banking, financial and capital markets area, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts. Her practice also includes giving legal opinions and drawing up memoranda.
Milena has solid experience in contract law, an area in which she has previously worked as in-house counsel in the legal department of multinational companies, advising business teams and other internal teams.
