In more than 12 years in the legal profession, Fernanda has worked both as an executive in the legal department of large companies and in renowned law firms, mostly in the advisory area on issues of Brazilian criminal law and compliance.
Fernanda brings to HNaves her experience in advising clients to make strategic decisions on regulatory compliance issues, business risks and mitigators, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering compliance programs and corporate governance measures.
A specialist in Financial Criminal Law and Compliance from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a Master in Economic Criminal Law from FGV/SP, Fernanda is a member of the Center for Integrity and Development Studies (CEID) of the Instituto Não Aceito Corrupção and the Compliance Womem Committee in São Paulo.
Our new partner was appointed this Friday as Deputy Coordinator of the Compliance and Corporate Governance Chair at the OAB/RJ School of Law.
