Our founding partner, Helen Naves, participates this Monday, January 23rd, in a panel about the regulation of cryptocurrencies, within the Annual Meeting 2023 of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
Helen will co-chair the panel “Brave new world: new frontiers in regulation of Crypto”, alongside Howard Fischer and discussants Hester M. Peirce, Michael Held and João Accioly. Measures to combat money laundering and the misuse of the market for illicit activities will also be discussed.
