Additionally, H•Naves adopts the New York State Bar Association Ethics Best Practice Guidelines for Latin America and The Caribbean. The guidelines aspire to promote, advance, and support values and principles of ethics, integrity, and the rule of law throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, with an emphasis on public and corporate responsibility and best practices in the legal profession.

In our daily experience with the Law and, especially in the Financial Market, we notice that women are frequently underrepresented, especially in leadership positions. We dare to dream that female lawyers will have more opportunities that will allow them to be fully equal to male lawyers and, thus, we emphasize the hiring of female professionals with the purpose of contributing towards greater career opportunities for women.
