Last Friday, 14/07, we officially opened our physical space in São Paulo and started a training with mentor Alessandra Albergaria.
In this first stage, Alessandra carried out an analysis of the professional profile of each one. From there, we will address and solve the challenges of the routine, in addition to reinforcing and creating an environment for everyone to develop.
“With an individual look at the team members and the leader, understanding and meeting individual and group needs, we will build a team that combines productivity, enthusiasm, engagement, compliance with rules and that is aligned with the values of the institution,” said Alessandra.
The idea is that this training is a way to experience the values of the office.
